1. Lighter withdrawal not collected

   You withdrew from Lighter and the money reached the Ethereum contract, but you never collected it. It waits in the contract for you.

   1. Open the Lighter app and go to withdraw history.
   2. Press the claim button on the pending withdrawal. Or use the Write tab of the ZkLighter contract 0x3B4D794a66304F130a4Db8F2551B0070dfCf5ca7 on Etherscan and call withdrawPendingBalance.
   3. Confirm and pay the Ethereum gas fee. Funds go to the owner address.

2. Wormhole transfer not redeemed

   You sent tokens with Portal (Wormhole), but nobody completed the transfer on the destination chain. You can redeem it yourself with the signed VAA (the guardians' signed message).

   1. Find your transfer on Wormholescan with your source transaction hash.
   2. If it is not redeemed, open Portal Bridge, choose Redeem, and complete it with your wallet.
   3. Or copy the VAA from the Advanced tab on Wormholescan and submit it on the destination chain contract (Etherscan Write tab).

3. USDC burned but not minted

   Circle CCTP

   USDC was burned on one chain through Circle CCTP but the matching USDC was never minted on the destination chain. Circle can still sign it, so it can be completed.

   1. Find the burn transaction hash on the source chain.
   2. Get the signed attestation for it from Circle's attestation API (see the Circle CCTP docs).
   3. On the destination chain, call receiveMessage(message, attestation) on the MessageTransmitter contract. You pay the gas fee. USDC goes to the recipient.

4. Nucleus vault shares

   Nucleus (BoringVault)

   Nucleus deprecated its vaults on 19 Dec 2025 and the withdraw page is gone. You can redeem vault shares through the Teller contract, but only for assets the vault still holds.

   1. Read the Nucleus deprecation guide first.
   2. Check which tokens the vault still holds, and your vault token balance, on Etherscan (or the Plume explorer).
   3. On the vault's Teller contract, Write tab, call bulkWithdraw(withdrawAsset, shareAmount, minimumAssets, to). The guide says to use 0 for minimumAssets.

5. Funds on shut-down Swellchain

   Swellchain, Swell

   Swell closed Swellchain: the final withdrawal deadline was 2026-06-15 and the chain was to run until 2026-06-30. Withdrawals started before 15 June can still be finalized on Ethereum.

   1. If your withdrawal was started before 15 June: after the 7-day proof wait, prove it on the Ethereum OptimismPortal2 0x758E0EE66102816F5C3Ec9ECc1188860fbb87812 (proveWithdrawalTransaction).
   2. Then call finalizeWithdrawalTransaction on the same contract. You pay ETH gas.
   3. If you never started one: Swell said contract withdrawals were possible until 30 June but are technical. Ask Swell support.
