   1. Find your transfer on Wormholescan with your source transaction hash.
   2. If it is not redeemed, open Portal Bridge, choose Redeem, and complete it with your wallet.
   3. Or copy the VAA from the Advanced tab on Wormholescan and submit it on the destination chain contract (Etherscan Write tab).

2. K2 (Karak) chain balance

   The K2 team's bridge on Ethereum now pays balances by Merkle proof (a list that proves your balance). The merkle root is set and claims are not paused. After 2027-09-12 the guardian can sweep what is left.

   1. Ask the K2 team for your Merkle proof. We could not find an official page that gives proofs.
   2. On the OptimismPortal 0xeeCE9CD7Abd1CC84d9dfc7493e7e68079E47eA73 call claimETH(_amount, _proof) for ETH.

3. EigenLayer withdrawal not completed

   You queued a withdrawal from EigenLayer and the waiting time has passed, but you never completed it. Only the withdrawer address can complete it.

   1. Open the EigenLayer app and connect the withdrawer wallet.
   2. Find your queued withdrawal and press Complete.
   3. Choose to receive the tokens (not re-deposit). Confirm and pay gas in ETH.
