   1. Open the ZKsync bridge and connect your wallet.
   2. Find the withdrawal that is ready to finalize. Withdrawals are delayed about 3 hours after they are sent.
   3. Press Finalize and pay the Ethereum gas fee. The funds go to the receiver address.

2. zkSync Lite balance not claimed

   zkSync Lite was shut down on 2026-05-04. Remaining balances are claimable on Ethereum through a claim contract and a withdrawal portal. Your account is on that list and has not claimed.

   1. Open the zkSync Lite withdrawal portal and connect the wallet that owned the account.
   2. The portal finds your address in the final state, builds the proof and sends the claim. Follow its prompts.
   3. Confirm the Ethereum transaction. Tokens go to your L1 address. Matter Labs sponsors gas for the first 100,000 withdrawals.

3. STG never swapped to ZRO

   3. Do this before 15 December 2026. Conversions are not supported after that date.

4. Across deposit never filled

   You sent a deposit through Across but nobody filled it on the other chain. Expired deposits are refunded by Across in batches. If no refund arrived long after expiry, contact Across support.

   1. Find your deposit transaction hash on the origin chain explorer.
   2. Look up the hash in the Across Deposit Status Tracker (linked in the Across docs). Status 'expired' means the refund is queued.
   3. Refunds go through batches that take several hours. If nothing arrives long after expiry, send the hash to Across support.
   4. No refund address was set? The refund goes to the depositor address.
