1. Follow the Polkadot wiki claims guide. In Polkadot-JS apps (Polkadot or Kusama), go to Developer > Extrinsics.
2. Use claims.claim, or claims.claim_attest with the statement text if the row needs it.
3. Sign the message with the Ethereum wallet that bought (personal_sign) and give a Polkadot account to receive. Part may be vesting-locked.
