1. Hyphen bridge funds stuck

   2. For a farming NFT, first call withdraw(nftId, to) on the LiquidityFarming contract.
   3. If you sent a transfer that never arrived, contact Biconomy; only their executors can release it.

2. Unfinished zkSync withdrawal

   zkSync Era

   You started a withdrawal from zkSync Era (or a similar ZK Stack chain) to Ethereum, but never finalized it on Ethereum. The money sits in the L1 bridge.

   1. Open the ZKsync bridge and connect your wallet.
   2. Find the withdrawal that is ready to finalize. Withdrawals are delayed about 3 hours after they are sent.
   3. Press Finalize and pay the Ethereum gas fee. The funds go to the receiver address.

3. Ionic Protocol deposit

   Ionic Protocol lending is shut down and ionic.money is now a domain for sale. Your deposit receipt (ionToken) may still be redeemable, only for the cash left, first come first served.

   1. Open the ionToken contract for your market and chain in the block explorer. Find the pool list with PoolDirectory.getAllPools().
   2. If you have an open loan, repay it first.
   3. Connect your wallet and call redeem or redeemUnderlying. You get at most the cash left in the market.

4. Unclaimed Scroll withdrawal

   1. Open the Scroll bridge and connect the wallet that withdrew.
   2. Wait until the batch with your withdrawal is finalized on Ethereum, then find the entry marked Claim in the withdraw history.
   3. Press Claim and pay the Ethereum gas fee.

5. GMX v1 GLP staked

   You hold staked GLP, the liquidity token of GMX v1 (Arbitrum or Avalanche). GMX stopped v1 trading in July 2025; you can only sell existing GLP back for the underlying assets.

   1. Open the zkSync Lite withdrawal portal and connect the wallet that owned the account.
   2. The portal finds your address in the final state, builds the proof and sends the claim. Follow its prompts.
   3. Confirm the Ethereum transaction. Tokens go to your L1 address. Matter Labs sponsors gas for the first 100,000 withdrawals.

   2. Open Transactions and find the withdrawal marked Claim, or paste the withdrawal transaction hash.
   3. Press Claim and confirm. You pay the Ethereum gas fee. The funds go to the recipient.
