1. Old Polygon Plasma bridge exit

   <$1 · 1 position

You withdrew from Polygon through the old Plasma bridge and the exit was never finished on Ethereum. Polygon's current docs no longer describe this bridge, so the route is not confirmed.

   1. Open Polygon Portal, connect the wallet that burned the tokens, and check Transactions for your exit.
   2. If Portal shows Initiate Claim or Claim Tokens, follow it and pay the Ethereum gas fee.
   3. If it is not listed, the exit must be run on the Polygon contracts directly. Ask Polygon support, with the burn transaction hash.

2. Unclaimed Gnosis Chain transfer

   Gnosis OmniBridge

   <$1 · 1 positionNeeds the team

You sent tokens from Gnosis Chain to Ethereum but never claimed them on Ethereum. The tokens wait in the bridge.

   1. Open the Gnosis Bridge Explorer and search by your Gnosis Chain transaction hash.
   2. On the transaction page, press Claim and connect the receiving wallet.
   3. Confirm and pay the Ethereum gas fee.

3. deBridge order never filled

   deBridge DLN

   $0 · 3 positions

You created a deBridge order that nobody filled. The order can be cancelled only from the destination chain, by the destination order authority address. The cancel then returns your tokens on the source chain.

   1. Find your order in the deBridge app. Check it is not filled.
   2. Send the cancel transaction on the DESTINATION chain from the order's destination authority address (usually your wallet). It needs a small native fee.
   3. A cross-chain message then unlocks your tokens on the source chain. Funds go to the source order authority address.
