1. USDC burned but not minted

   Circle CCTP

   USDC was burned on one chain through Circle CCTP but the matching USDC was never minted on the destination chain. Circle can still sign it, so it can be completed.

   1. Find the burn transaction hash on the source chain.
   2. Get the signed attestation for it from Circle's attestation API (see the Circle CCTP docs).
   3. On the destination chain, call receiveMessage(message, attestation) on the MessageTransmitter contract. You pay the gas fee. USDC goes to the recipient.

2. Polygon zkEVM balance

   Polygon zkEVM's sequencer stopped on 1 July 2026. Wallet-held funds not bridged before then can be claimed on Ethereum in a claim UI. Polygon treats unclaimed assets as abandoned after 2027-12-31.

   1. Open the Polygon zkEVM claims site and connect the wallet that held the funds.
   2. Pick your balances and send the claim transaction on Ethereum.
   3. Funds locked inside DeFi contracts are not auto-migrated. Ask Polygon through the forum post.

3. Gas deposit in EntryPoint

   ERC-4337 EntryPoint

   A smart account or paymaster deposited gas money in the ERC-4337 EntryPoint contract and left it there. Plain wallets can take it out; smart contract accounts often cannot.

   1. Open the EntryPoint contract for your chain and version on the block explorer.
   2. From the deposit account, call withdrawTo with your receiving address and the amount.
   3. If the account is a smart contract, check that it has a function that calls withdrawTo; many do not. Stake needs unlockStake, then withdrawStake.

4. Orbit Lending deposit on Blast

   You supplied funds to Orbit Lending on Blast, which was exploited. You can still withdraw, but some markets hold less cash than is owed, so first come, first served.

   1. Open your cToken contract (listed in the row) on Blast's block explorer, Write tab, connect wallet.
   2. Call redeem(cTokenBalance) or redeemUnderlying(amount).
   3. If you have a borrow in the same market, repay it first; your collateral is locked until then.

5. Lisk L2 balance (closing)

   <$1 · 2 positions

   Lisk's own chain closes on 2026-10-31. Lisk says withdrawing to Ethereum takes about 8 days, and unstaking LSK adds 3 days. Start now.

   1. Open the Lisk bridge (type bridge.lisk.com yourself) and connect your wallet.
   2. Withdraw your assets to Ethereum. If you staked LSK, unlock it first and wait 3 days.
   3. After the wait, prove and finalize the withdrawal on Ethereum. You pay gas on both chains.

6. Thruster v3 position on Blast

   <$1 · 1 position

   You hold a Thruster v3 liquidity position (an NFT) on Blast. Thruster has shut down, but the position contract still works.

   1. Open the position contract 0x434575EaEa081b735C985FA9bf63CD7b87e227F9 on Blastscan, Write tab, and connect the wallet that owns the NFT.
   2. Call decreaseLiquidity with your tokenId, the liquidity amount, amount0Min, amount1Min and a deadline. Thruster's old guide explains each field.
   3. Then call collect(tokenId, recipient, max, max) to receive the tokens. You can call burn(tokenId) afterwards to delete the empty NFT.
   4. If the NFT is not in your wallet, it may be locked in another contract such as Hyperlock. Withdraw it from there first.

7. zkSync Lite balance not claimed

   <$1 · 1 position

   zkSync Lite was shut down on 2026-05-04. Remaining balances are claimable on Ethereum through a claim contract and a withdrawal portal. Your account is on that list and has not claimed.

   1. Open the zkSync Lite withdrawal portal and connect the wallet that owned the account.
   2. The portal finds your address in the final state, builds the proof and sends the claim. Follow its prompts.
   3. Confirm the Ethereum transaction. Tokens go to your L1 address. Matter Labs sponsors gas for the first 100,000 withdrawals.

8. Expired Pendle position

   <$1 · 1 positionMay not work

   You hold Pendle PT or LP tokens from a market that has expired. They can be redeemed for the underlying asset at any time.

   1. Open the Pendle app, connect your wallet, and go to Portfolio.
   2. Find the expired position and press Redeem (for PT) or Remove liquidity (for LP).
   3. For LP, redeem the PT you receive afterwards. Confirm and pay gas.

9. Seamless v2 leverage token

   <$1 · 1 position

   You hold a Seamless v2 leverage token. You can redeem it on-chain, but redeem takes the debt token from you to repay the loan, so you need that token. We did not test it.

   1. Open the LeverageManager contract on Etherscan or Basescan, Write tab, connect wallet.
   2. Approve the leverage token's debt asset to the manager, then call redeem(token, shares, minCollateral). You pay the debt and receive the collateral.
   3. If you do not hold the debt token, the LeverageRouter with swap data is needed. Ask a developer.

10. Ionic Protocol deposit

    Ionic Protocol lending is shut down and ionic.money is now a domain for sale. Your deposit receipt (ionToken) may still be redeemable, only for the cash left, first come first served.

    1. Open the ionToken contract for your market and chain in the block explorer. Find the pool list with PoolDirectory.getAllPools().
    2. If you have an open loan, repay it first.
    3. Connect your wallet and call redeem or redeemUnderlying. You get at most the cash left in the market.
