   Polygon zkEVM's sequencer stopped on 1 July 2026. Wallet-held funds not bridged before then can be claimed on Ethereum in a claim UI. Polygon treats unclaimed assets as abandoned after 2027-12-31.

   1. Open the Polygon zkEVM claims site and connect the wallet that held the funds.
   2. Pick your balances and send the claim transaction on Ethereum.
   3. Funds locked inside DeFi contracts are not auto-migrated. Ask Polygon through the forum post.

2. Alpaca v1 vault tokens

   Alpaca Finance

   You hold Alpaca v1 ibTokens (deposit receipts) on BNB Chain. The vault still pays out the underlying token.

   1. Open the ibToken contract (contract column) on BscScan and go to Write Contract.
   2. Connect the owner wallet and call withdraw(shares).
   3. ibBUSD, ibETH, ibBTCB and ibUSDC were migrated: withdraw may pay a different token. If it reverts, read the contract's functions on BscScan.

3. Stader ETHx withdrawal unclaimed

   You asked Stader to turn your token back into ETH. The request is ready but you never claimed it. The owner of the request can claim it.

   1. Open the Stader Labs site and connect the wallet that made or owns the request.
   2. Open the ETH unstake section and claim your finalized request.

4. Balancer v2 pool share

   You hold Balancer v2 pool tokens, in your wallet or staked. You can exit the pool. Balancer has proposed a wind-down: if it passes, pools become withdraw-only on 30 Oct 2026.

   1. Open the Balancer app, find your pool and use Remove liquidity. Do this before 30 Oct 2026.
   2. If the app does not work, call exitPool on the Balancer v2 Vault 0xBA12222222228d8Ba445958a75a0704d566BF2C8 (Etherscan, Write tab).
   3. If your tokens are staked in Aura, Beefy or a gauge, unstake there first.

5. Old Polygon Plasma bridge exit

   You withdrew from Polygon through the old Plasma bridge and the exit was never finished on Ethereum. Polygon's current docs no longer describe this bridge, so the route is not confirmed.

   1. Open Polygon Portal, connect the wallet that burned the tokens, and check Transactions for your exit.
   2. If Portal shows Initiate Claim or Claim Tokens, follow it and pay the Ethereum gas fee.
   3. If it is not listed, the exit must be run on the Polygon contracts directly. Ask Polygon support, with the burn transaction hash.

6. Unclaimed OP Stack chain withdrawal

   Blast, Mantle, Mode, Zora, Lisk, Ink, Unichain and other OP chains

   You withdrew from an OP Stack chain to Ethereum but never completed the last step. The funds wait in that chain's bridge.

   1. Use the official bridge of the chain you withdrew from (linked next to each of your positions).
   2. Connect the receiving wallet and open your transactions. Press Prove, wait out the challenge period shown on the page, then press Finalize.
   3. Pay the Ethereum gas fee each time.

7. Prisma Finance leftover funds

   Prisma was exploited in 2024 and wound down. You may have collateral left over after a redemption, Stability Pool gains or deposits, or other claimable funds. They are still in the contracts.
