USDC was burned on one chain through Circle CCTP but the matching USDC was never minted on the destination chain. Circle can still sign it, so it can be completed.
1. Find the burn transaction hash on the source chain.
2. Get the signed attestation for it from Circle's attestation API (see the Circle CCTP docs).
3. On the destination chain, call receiveMessage(message, attestation) on the MessageTransmitter contract. You pay the gas fee. USDC goes to the recipient.

1. Find your order in the deBridge app. Check it is not filled.
2. Send the cancel transaction on the DESTINATION chain from the order's destination authority address (usually your wallet). It needs a small native fee.
3. A cross-chain message then unlocks your tokens on the source chain. Funds go to the source order authority address.
