   2. If the vault still has debt, anyone can call bite(cupId) first. Then the vault owner calls free(cup, ink) to get PETH.
   3. Call exit(wad) to swap PETH for WETH. If a DSProxy owns the vault, send these calls through the proxy.

   3. Then call withdraw from your registered Ethereum address to receive the USDC. You pay Ethereum gas.
