1. Synapse transfer that never arrived

   Synapse Bridge

   $5,588 · 1 positionMay not work

You sent tokens through Synapse and the matching payout never appeared on the destination chain. Some of these bridges are paused or retired, so recovery is not certain.

   1. Check your transfer in the Synapse explorer using your source transaction hash.
   2. If it shows as not completed, contact Synapse support or their Discord with the transaction hash.
   3. Wait for the team to relay or refund it; you cannot fix it from your wallet.

2. Hop transfer not received

   Hop Protocol

   $4,600 · 1 position

You sent a Hop transfer long ago and it was never paid out on the destination chain. The funds are still in Hop's bridge contract and its withdraw function still works, but Hop's website and data service are gone, so there is no ready tool: the withdrawal has to be built from on-chain data.

   1. hop.exchange and every address under it (app.hop.exchange, docs.hop.exchange) no longer belong to Hop: hop.exchange now shows a gambling site. Do not open them or connect a wallet there.
   2. Find your transfer in the TransferSent event of your transaction on the origin chain (block explorer, Logs tab). It holds the transfer ID, recipient, amount, transferNonce, bonderFee and the swap values.
   3. The withdraw function also needs a Merkle proof of your transfer. Hop's open-source node tool has a withdrawal-proof command for it, but the tool reads Hop's data service at subgraph.hop.exchange, which no longer answers, so a developer has to point it at another source or rebuild the proof from on-chain events.
   4. With the proof, call withdraw on the Hop bridge contract of the destination chain (block explorer, Write tab) from the wallet that should receive the funds. You pay gas.
   5. On a Layer 2 destination you receive hTokens (for example hUSDC). They can be swapped to the native token in Hop's AMM on that chain.

3. zkSync Lite balance not claimed

   $447 · 2 positions

zkSync Lite was shut down on 2026-05-04. Remaining balances are claimable on Ethereum through a claim contract and a withdrawal portal. Your account is on that list and has not claimed.

   1. Open the zkSync Lite withdrawal portal and connect the wallet that owned the account.
   2. The portal finds your address in the final state, builds the proof and sends the claim. Follow its prompts.
   3. Confirm the Ethereum transaction. Tokens go to your L1 address. Matter Labs sponsors gas for the first 100,000 withdrawals.

4. RNDR never swapped to RENDER

   $423 · 1 positionMay not work

You hold old RNDR on Ethereum that was never upgraded. The Render upgrade portal swaps it 1 to 1 for RENDER on Solana. The swap is one-way.

   1. Open the Render upgrade portal. You need an Ethereum wallet with RNDR and a Solana wallet.
   2. Connect both wallets.
   3. Approve RNDR and confirm the upgrade. You pay Ethereum gas.

5. Unclaimed Arbitrum withdrawal

   Arbitrum One, Arbitrum Nova

   $20 · 1 position

You withdrew ETH or tokens from Arbitrum to Ethereum but never did the final claim on Ethereum. The challenge period (about 6.4 days) is long over, so the funds can be claimed now.

   1. Open the Arbitrum bridge and connect the receiving wallet.
   2. Open Transactions and find the withdrawal marked Claim, or paste the withdrawal transaction hash.
   3. Press Claim and confirm. You pay the Ethereum gas fee. The funds go to the recipient.

6. Hyperlane transfer not delivered

   Hyperlane warp routes

   $15 · 1 positionMay not work

Your tokens were taken on the origin chain by a Hyperlane route, but the message was not delivered after 7 days. Anyone can deliver it.

   1. Open Hyperlane Explorer and search your transaction hash.
   2. If the message is undelivered and 'Underfunded', pay more interchain gas as shown in the Hyperlane docs, or relay it with the Hyperlane CLI.
   3. Once delivered, the recipient gets the tokens. If delivery keeps failing, the route owner must fix it.

7. Unclaimed Ronin bridge withdrawal

   $13 · 1 position

You requested a withdrawal from Ronin to Ethereum but it was never submitted on Ethereum. Anyone can submit it with the validators' signatures.

   1. Open the Ronin bridge and look up your withdrawal in the history.
   2. Submit it on Ethereum if the page offers it. Or call submitWithdrawal(receipt, signatures) on MainchainGatewayV3 0x64192819Ac13Ef72bF6b5AE239AC672B43a9AF08 (Etherscan Write tab).
   3. Pay the Ethereum gas fee. Funds go to the recipient. Old 2022 requests may already have been paid off-chain.

   StarkGate (Starknet)

   $8 · 1 position

You withdrew from Starknet to Ethereum but never ran the last step on Ethereum. The funds wait in the StarkGate bridge.

   1. Open StarkGate and connect the receiving wallet.
   2. Open Withdraw history and find the withdrawal ready to claim.
   3. Press Complete or Claim and pay the Ethereum gas fee.

9. Unclaimed OP Mainnet or Base withdrawal

   Optimism, Base

   <$1 · 2 positions

You withdrew ETH or tokens from OP Mainnet or Base to Ethereum but never did the last step on Ethereum. The funds wait in the bridge contract.

   1. OP Mainnet: open the Optimism bridge (app.optimism.io/bridge), connect the receiving wallet, open your withdrawal, press Prove, then Finalize after 7 days.
   2. Base: Base's docs list Superbridge and Brid.gg as its bridges. Open one, connect the receiving wallet, find the withdrawal, press Prove, then Finalize.
   3. Base waits 5 days after Prove (1 day if both a TEE proof and a ZK proof back it). Pay the Ethereum gas fee each time.

10. MATIC never swapped to POL

    Polygon

    $0 · 1 positionMay not work

You hold old MATIC on Ethereum that was never swapped to POL. The swap is 1 to 1. Polygon has not announced a deadline.

    1. Open the Polygon Portal upgrade page and connect your wallet. Switch the wallet to Ethereum.
    2. Approve the upgrade contract to use your MATIC.
    3. Confirm the migrate transaction to receive POL. You pay Ethereum gas.

11. Harmony balance (chain halted)

    $0 · 1 positionNeeds the team

Harmony proposed (non-binding, 7 Sept 2026) a final snapshot and an ERC-20 ONE airdrop on Ethereum. This list shows positions at the last block our data saw. You cannot sign anything on the chain now.

    1. Do not expect to withdraw this yourself. The chain is halted.
    2. Watch Harmony's official channels for the vote result and the snapshot rules.
    3. Keep access to your wallet. The proposal says the airdrop would go to the same address on Ethereum.
