1. Ribbon or Opyn vault funds

   Ribbon, Opyn

   You have money in a Ribbon Theta vault, or an Opyn Gamma position, that was never withdrawn. Ribbon is now part of Aevo; the old vault contracts are still on-chain.

   1. Open your Ribbon vault contract on Etherscan (addresses are in the Ribbon deployments file).
   2. For a pending deposit, call withdrawInstantly(amount). Otherwise call initiateWithdraw(shares), and after the round closes call completeWithdraw().
   3. Opyn: call operate on the Opyn Gamma Controller with a Redeem or SettleVault action. Check the Opyn docs for your position.

2. Balancer v2 pool share

   You hold Balancer v2 pool tokens, in your wallet or staked. You can exit the pool. Balancer has proposed a wind-down: if it passes, pools become withdraw-only on 30 Oct 2026.

   1. Open the Balancer app, find your pool and use Remove liquidity. Do this before 30 Oct 2026.
   2. If the app does not work, call exitPool on the Balancer v2 Vault 0xBA12222222228d8Ba445958a75a0704d566BF2C8 (Etherscan, Write tab).
   3. If your tokens are staked in Aura, Beefy or a gauge, unstake there first.

3. Nucleus vault shares

   Nucleus (BoringVault)

   Nucleus deprecated its vaults on 19 Dec 2025 and the withdraw page is gone. You can redeem vault shares through the Teller contract, but only for assets the vault still holds.

   1. Read the Nucleus deprecation guide first.
   2. Check which tokens the vault still holds, and your vault token balance, on Etherscan (or the Plume explorer).
   3. On the vault's Teller contract, Write tab, call bulkWithdraw(withdrawAsset, shareAmount, minimumAssets, to). The guide says to use 0 for minimumAssets.

4. Expired veBAL lock

   Balancer

   Your veBAL lock ended but you never withdrew. You get 80BAL-20WETH pool tokens back, not BAL.

   1. Open the veBAL contract on Etherscan and go to Write Contract.
   2. Connect the owner wallet and call withdraw().
   3. Then exit the Balancer 80/20 pool to get BAL and WETH.

5. Hyphen bridge funds stuck

   Biconomy Hyphen

   Hyphen (Biconomy) is no longer supported. Liquidity provider positions may still be withdrawn from the contracts. Transfers that never arrived need the Biconomy team. We could not confirm this from official docs.

   1. If you provided liquidity, call removeLiquidity with your NFT id on the chain's LiquidityProviders contract on Etherscan (Write tab).
   2. For a farming NFT, first call withdraw(nftId, to) on the LiquidityFarming contract.
   3. If you sent a transfer that never arrived, contact Biconomy; only their executors can release it.

6. STG never swapped to ZRO

   Stargate / LayerZero

   You hold STG that was never swapped to ZRO. The official redemption site gives 0.08634 ZRO per STG. LayerZero says conversions end on 15 December 2026.

   1. Open the STG Redemption site and connect the wallet that holds STG on Ethereum.
   2. Sign the Terms of Conversion message when asked, approve STG, then confirm the swap.
   3. Do this before 15 December 2026. Conversions are not supported after that date.
   4. Without the site: call swap(stgAmount, signature) on 0x921949cc006A563D76Abd111a3e4c2ACe2C4273f. The signature is of the Terms text.
