1. EigenLayer withdrawal not completed

   1. Open the EigenLayer app and connect the withdrawer wallet.
   2. Find your queued withdrawal and press Complete.
   3. Choose to receive the tokens (not re-deposit). Confirm and pay gas in ETH.

2. MKR never converted to SKY

   1. Open the Sky app and connect your wallet.
   2. If your MKR is in the old DSChief voting contract, first call free(amount) on that contract.
   3. Approve MKR, then convert it to SKY. You get 24,000 SKY per MKR minus the fee.

3. Across deposit never filled

   You sent a deposit through Across but nobody filled it on the other chain. Expired deposits are refunded by Across in batches. If no refund arrived long after expiry, contact Across support.

   1. Find your deposit transaction hash on the origin chain explorer.
   2. Look up the hash in the Across Deposit Status Tracker (linked in the Across docs). Status 'expired' means the refund is queued.
   3. Refunds go through batches that take several hours. If nothing arrives long after expiry, send the hash to Across support.
   4. No refund address was set? The refund goes to the depositor address.
