6. Across deposit never filled

   You sent a deposit through Across but nobody filled it on the other chain. Expired deposits are refunded by Across in batches. If no refund arrived long after expiry, contact Across support.

   1. Find your deposit transaction hash on the origin chain explorer.
   2. Look up the hash in the Across Deposit Status Tracker (linked in the Across docs). Status 'expired' means the refund is queued.
   3. Refunds go through batches that take several hours. If nothing arrives long after expiry, send the hash to Across support.
   4. No refund address was set? The refund goes to the depositor address.

7. Funds in frozen StarkEx apps

   2. For a pending withdrawal, call withdraw with your owner key and asset type on the app's StarkEx contract (Etherscan). Funds go to your registered address.
