1. Polygon zkEVM balance

   Polygon zkEVM's sequencer stopped on 1 July 2026. Wallet-held funds not bridged before then can be claimed on Ethereum in a claim UI. Polygon treats unclaimed assets as abandoned after 2027-12-31.

   1. Open the Polygon zkEVM claims site and connect the wallet that held the funds.
   2. Pick your balances and send the claim transaction on Ethereum.
   3. Funds locked inside DeFi contracts are not auto-migrated. Ask Polygon through the forum post.

2. NU never swapped to T

   Threshold (NU)

   You hold old NU tokens that were never wrapped into T. The Threshold VendingMachine still does the swap.

   1. Open the NU VendingMachine 0x1CCA7E410eE41739792eA0A24e00349Dd247680e on Etherscan, Write tab, and connect your wallet.
   2. First approve: on the NU token 0x4fe83213d56308330ec302a8bd641f1d0113a4cc call approve(spender = the VendingMachine, amount). Amounts use 18 decimals.
   3. Then call wrap(amount) on the VendingMachine to receive T. Threshold says there is no deadline.

3. Ended Sablier stream not withdrawn

   A Sablier payment stream to you has ended or was canceled, and the tokens in it were never withdrawn. The tokens are still in the Sablier contract.

   1. Open the Sablier app and connect the wallet that owns the stream.
   2. Find the ended stream and press Withdraw.
   3. The tokens go to the stream recipient. Pay the gas fee.

4. zkSync Lite balance not claimed

   zkSync Lite was shut down on 2026-05-04. Remaining balances are claimable on Ethereum through a claim contract and a withdrawal portal. Your account is on that list and has not claimed.

   1. Open the zkSync Lite withdrawal portal and connect the wallet that owned the account.
   2. The portal finds your address in the final state, builds the proof and sends the claim. Follow its prompts.
   3. Confirm the Ethereum transaction. Tokens go to your L1 address. Matter Labs sponsors gas for the first 100,000 withdrawals.

5. Prisma Finance leftover funds

   Prisma was exploited in 2024 and wound down. You may have collateral left over after a redemption, Stability Pool gains or deposits, or other claimable funds. They are still in the contracts.

   1. Read the wind-down guide linked below to see which pot your row is in.
   2. Leftover collateral: on the Trove Manager contract in your row, Write tab, call claimCollateral(receiver) from your wallet.
   3. Stability Pool 0xed8b26d99834540c5013701bb3715fafd39993ba: call withdrawFromSP(0), then claimCollateralGains(recipient, collateralIndexes). Deposits: withdrawFromSP(amount).

6. Hyphen bridge funds stuck

   Biconomy Hyphen

   Hyphen (Biconomy) is no longer supported. Liquidity provider positions may still be withdrawn from the contracts. Transfers that never arrived need the Biconomy team. We could not confirm this from official docs.

   1. If you provided liquidity, call removeLiquidity with your NFT id on the chain's LiquidityProviders contract on Etherscan (Write tab).
   2. For a farming NFT, first call withdraw(nftId, to) on the LiquidityFarming contract.
   3. If you sent a transfer that never arrived, contact Biconomy; only their executors can release it.
