   3. If your tokens are staked in Aura, Beefy or a gauge, unstake there first.

2. STG never swapped to ZRO

   1. Open the STG Redemption site and connect the wallet that holds STG on Ethereum.
   2. Sign the Terms of Conversion message when asked, approve STG, then confirm the swap.
   3. Do this before 15 December 2026. Conversions are not supported after that date.
   4. Without the site: call swap(stgAmount, signature) on 0x921949cc006A563D76Abd111a3e4c2ACe2C4273f. The signature is of the Terms text.

3. CAP Finance pool deposit

   1. Open the pool contract listed in your row's 'pool' column on Arbiscan or Arbitrum Blockscout, Write tab.
   2. Connect your wallet and call withdraw(clpAmount) with your CLP amount.
   3. Expect less than the full amount if the pool is in use. Pay the fee in ETH on Arbitrum.
