1. deBridge order never filled

   deBridge DLN

   $1,002 · 1 position

You created a deBridge order that nobody filled. The order can be cancelled only from the destination chain, by the destination order authority address. The cancel then returns your tokens on the source chain.

   1. Find your order in the deBridge app. Check it is not filled.
   2. Send the cancel transaction on the DESTINATION chain from the order's destination authority address (usually your wallet). It needs a small native fee.
   3. A cross-chain message then unlocks your tokens on the source chain. Funds go to the source order authority address.

2. Serum open orders funds

   $31 · 1 position

You have money inside a Serum DEX order account on Solana: unsettled funds or funds in resting orders. The Serum apps are gone, but the program still works.

   1. Use a tool that can talk to the Serum program, such as the serum-ts SDK.
   2. If funds are locked in open orders, cancel the orders first.
   3. Run SettleFunds to move the funds to your wallet; then CloseOpenOrders to get back the account rent.

   2. Pending deposit: cancelPendingDeposit or claimPendingDeposit. Pending withdrawal: claimPendingWithdrawal.
   3. This needs a custom transaction from the on-chain IDL; ask a Solana developer.
